Homemade Greek Salad
Here’s a super simple and tasty salad you can make in 3 minutes. I make it in the morning and pack it for lunch at the office.
1 - medium cucumber
1 - medium roma tomato
1/2 cup - crumbled feta cheese

Lunch: Roasted turkey and swiss on whole grain, carrots, cherry tomatoes.

Breakfast: Egg white scramble: 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1/2 roma tomato, 2 links turkey sausage, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, fresh cracked pepper. Orange juice mixed with mango nectar.

P90X - Chest and Back: It wasn’t as difficult as I was expecting, but then I wasn’t doing the same weights they are in the video. Overall I feel great and am very encouraged.
