Breakfast Omelette Scramble
- 1 cup liquid egg whites (I buy them in a carton)
- 1/2 cup diced organic roma tomato
- 1/2 cup baby portobello mushrooms
- Fresh cracked pepper to taste
- 2 diced turkey sausage links
Super simple, filling, and packed with protein. Mix everything up in a bowl with a whisk, then pour into a pre-heated omelette pan. Stir gently over the heat for about 6 minutes. Serve.
